1. My 2 top practice tiers are in the freezer. They are so perfect looking and flat topped and yummy, and are such an even 4" high each...I'm so happy! Yay!! After my bundt cake layer, I was feeling a bit discouraged, but never fear! Muwhaha. I have conquered! At least, the practice ones.
2. I love my boyfriend. I don't know what happened last night, but when he got here today all I felt was humility (in a good, healthy way) and thankfulness for him. We said our "sorry"s and moved on. So we're good :) He even ate my reject cake layer. lol.
